2026 Tournament Information
FUNDRAISING & RECIPIENT
In years past, the tournament has benefited organizations like the Middleburg Recreation Association, Evangelical Community Hospital’s Stroke Center, Snyder County Red Cross, the Snyder County 4H, the Middlecreek Area Community Center, Camp Koala, Midd-West Band & Cheer, Snyder County Coalition for Kids, ThinkBIG Pediatric Cancer Foundation, Camp Mount Luther, DIG Furniture Bank, Central PA Autism Foundation LLC, and Camp Koala. The 2025 beneficiaries were the Snyder County Libraries, Inc. and Walking Free Clubhouse. To date, the tournament has raised over $400,000 for local charities! The 2026 Beneficiary will be forthcoming.
LOCATION & CHECK-IN
The date for the 2026 golf tournament is Monday, June 15th, 2026. It will be held at the Shade Mountain Golf Course, 291 Golf Course Road, Middleburg, PA 17842. Click here for a map.
Check-in/registration begins at 8:00 am. Golfing begins at 9:00 am and will be followed by lunch and an awards ceremony with drawings for 50/50 and raffle prizes (see awards and prizes below).
PRE-REGISTRATION
All teams must pre-register. Stay tuned for registration information for your team or yourself as an individual player.
PAYMENT
Please make sure you or your team's contact-person has registered you here.
The cost is $80 per golfer ($320 per foursome) and includes greens fee, cart, breakfast, and lunch. Entry fees may be paid up until the day of the event.
The Robinson Donor Advised fund is a component fund of the Community Giving Foundation. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. IRS regulations require us to state that the cost of goods or services provided in consideration for your gift is $53, and the Community Giving Foundation has exclusive legal control over the contributed assets. Registration and financial information for the Community Giving Foundation are available from PA Dept. of State by calling 1-800-732-0999. Registration does not imply endorsement.
